Due to the perishable nature of halal meat products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction and trust are extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it quickly and fairly.
When Refunds or Replacements Are Available
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
- You receive the incorrect item
- An item is missing from your order
- The product arrives damaged, spoiled, or unsafe
- The product does not meet our quality or halal standards
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Non-Refundable Situations

- Products were not properly stored after delivery
- The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
